The Hagerstown-Washington County Economic Development Commission is a county agency that provides assistance to new and expanding businesses throughout Hagerstown and Washington County, Maryland. The EDC interacts with a vast network of public, private and nonprofit organizations to address the business needs of the community, as well as attract new companies to the county.

Responsible for developing, marketing, and managing economic development strategies for Agriculture
Implements marketing programs to attract, retain, preserve, and grow agricultural enterprises and related industries in Washington County

Serves on several committees including the University of Maryland Extension Advisory Council, Advisor for the Culinary Arts Program at Washington County Technical High School, and 4-H Leadership Council, among others

Hagerstown Regional Airport Business Development Manager since 2001
Worked in various Washington County Government departments since 1994
Responsible for implementing marketing initiatives to help develop existing airport businesses as well as attract new business and commercial carriers to Hagerstown Regional Airport
