About Caprikorn Farms

Our farm specializes in aged raw goat milk cheeses and pasteurized fresh Chevre. We have the heaviest milking Saanen herd in the U.S. and this is because for our foundation stock. We used mega milkers only and the sons of mega milkers. In 2007 we had the number 1, 2 and 3 Saanen goats in the country for milk production.  We welcome visits (especially at milking time).
