(Hagerstown, Md.)--The Technical Innovation Center at Hagerstown Community College recently announced that its client, B&D Consulting, Inc., has been added to the NSA Set-Aside for Small Business (NSETS) II prime contract awarded to LG-TEX. This contract is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle and has a base period of three years with a three-year option period to provide support in five functional areas:
• Business and Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) services
• Engineering services
• Information technology services
• Operations support services
• Training services
